Terms & Conditions:-

• No CIBIL score required.
  
• Only ID Proof is required. Address proof may be required in some rare cases.
• Verification must be completed in our app at the time of delivery.
• Free Shipping to Andhra Pradesh on Monthly & Above Rental Plans Only. ₹200 Delivery and Pickup charges applicable on 3, 7, & 15 Days plans.
  
• Free delivery/pickup in Hyderabad up to 10km from the store in Kukatpally. ₹20/km applicable after free 10km
• Only Monthly & above plans orders are accepted in Andhra Pradesh, except Vijayawada.
  
• Products will be strictly delivered at the doorstep only
• Products once delivered can only be returned till the plan ends, & No refund is issued for cancellation of plans.
• If there are any issues with the consoles, they will be replaced within 3 working days, or the rent for the remaining days will be refunded.
  
• Installation and activation of the console will be done by us at the time of delivery, and it's mandatory.
• The demo will be given during delivery.
• A Wifi connection with an internet speed of a minimum of 30mbps is required to access games.
• If any issues with Our Console customer has to call us immediately for resolution. As we cannot extend for issues with GamePass or technical issues.
• PS5 Disc, Slim, or Digital will be delivered based on availability for PS5 rental orders.
• Games provided in Console via Xbox GamePass or PS Plus membership may change anytime during the rental period, as it's upto the Microsoft/Sony. Will take upto 1 day in case of membership expiry
• Only 2 AA batteries for the Controller will be provided with the XBOX rental.
• Refunds for canceled orders or any other issues will take 3 business days.
• All the items on our website are for Rental only.
• Damage Policy: The customer has to pay for All the repair costs for the damage or Must pay 90% of New product cost if damage is beyond repair condition.
